Third Wave Coffee has opened its 250th café in Lucknow, marking a major milestone in its nationwide expansion. The coffee and food QSR brand is targeting around 320 cafés by FY27, with plans to enter more Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Alongside café expansion, the company is investing in product innovation and its dessert-focused brand, Third Rush Desserts.
