The Bombay High Court has said students protesting over MPSC recruitment concerns cannot be labelled “anti-nationals”, while urging the Maharashtra government to restore their trust in the recruitment system. The court acknowledged concerns over vacancies, exam procedures and alleged irregularities, but also asked protesters to return to classes and ensure their agitation does not inconvenience the public.
