Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla urged women representatives from Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) to adopt Artificial Intelligence and innovation to make governance more people-focused. Speaking at the ‘Panchayat se Parliament 2.0’ event in Samvidhan Sadan, he highlighted the role of technology in promoting sustainable development and improving grassroots governance. Organized by the Parliamentary Research and Training Institute, National Commission for Women, and Ministry of Tribal Affairs, the event saw over 500 women from 22 states and UTs, emphasizing women-led development and empowerment.
