Dilip Joshi, known as Jethalal in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, began his acting career in theatre and debuted in Bollywood with 1989’s Maine Pyaar Kiya. He spent over two decades on stage, appeared in multiple films and TV series, and was initially considered for Champaklal before choosing Jethalal. His diverse supporting roles span films like Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! and Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani.
