Mathura Police recovered 543 lost or stolen mobile phones worth about Rs 2 crore, traced via the CEIR portal from May 12 to September 30. Vrindavan station recovered 140 phones; Goverdhan and Tourism stations also contributed. 311 devices were returned at police stations, and the remaining phones were handed over at Police Lines to owners from several states.
