Bharti Airtel chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal said the company has waited five years for government approval to offer satellite internet, claiming it is ahead of Elon Musk's Starlink in the regulatory queue. Speaking at Bloomberg New Economy Forum in New Delhi, he urged lower digital taxes and reiterated operators also await clearances amid Starlink’s stalled India entry.
