Delhi Se, a small chole bhature eatery in Chembur, Mumbai, almost closed with Rs 18 lakh debt but transformed after comedian Abhishek Upmanyu praised it on Instagram and actress Anushka Sharma ordered for Virat Kohli. Founded in October 2021 by Jaspal and Mahinder Khalsa, it expanded to four outlets, now selling over 3,000 plates daily and generating about Rs 2 crore monthly.
