Defending champions India opened their Asian Games 2026 men’s hockey campaign with a dominant 13-1 win over Indonesia in Pool A. Dilpreet Singh starred with four goals, while Shilanand Lakra and Sukhjeet Singh scored twice each. India led 7-0 at half-time and continued their attacking display after the break. They will next face Sri Lanka on Tuesday.
