Ahead of the 13th Organization of Turkic States summit in Ankara, President Erdoฤan called solidarity among Turkic states a strategic necessity, stressing political, economic, cultural, and security cooperation. He urged economic integration via the Trans-Caspian corridor, use of the Turkic Investment Fund, joint defense and technological collaboration, cultural initiatives including a common alphabet, and support for Turkish Cypriots.
