Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, after meeting jailed leader Azam Khan in Rampur, accused the BJP of deliberately targeting Khan and his Mohammad Ali Jauhar University to undermine social justice efforts. He alleged fabricated cases and misuse of state machinery, vowed support for Khan’s educational initiatives, and expressed confidence the charges won’t prevent Khan’s eventual release.
